Bergen Digital accesses Facebook Page and Instagram account data via Meta's APIs, on behalf of clients who have granted us access through Meta Business Manager.
The data we access is limited to: page and account identifiers, page details (such as name and profile information), access tokens, and the content we publish on the client's behalf along with its publishing status.
We use this data solely to create and manage posts at the client's instruction. It is used for nothing else — no analytics, profiling, or advertising of our own.
We do not sell this data or share it with third parties. Access tokens are stored securely and used only to perform the actions our clients have asked us to carry out.
Clients can revoke our access at any time through Meta Business Manager. If you'd like data we hold in connection with your Facebook Page or Instagram account deleted, email hello@bergendigital.co.uk and we'll remove it.
If you contact us through the form on this site, we use the details you provide (name, email, phone number, and your message) to respond to your enquiry, and for no other purpose. We don't add you to mailing lists or share your details with anyone.
